What form of payment do you accept?
We are a cashless business and DO NOT accept cash. We accept any debit card and all major credit cards.
Can I pay a deposit before booking a service?
Full pre-pay of service is required at the time of booking. Fail to cancel or reschedule 24 hours in advance of your appointment you will be charge 1/2 of service price.
Will i receive a refund if i cancel my appointment?
Yes. A $50 non-refundable deposit is required.
How far in advance do i have to cancel my appointment?
24 hours in advance.
How many times am i allowed to cancel my appointment?
You are only allowed two cancellations. Afterwards you will be placed on a do not service list.
Do you travel out of town?
How do i book my appointment after paying for a service?
You have two options: click book service under menu options or click the link on your receipt to book your appointment.
Will i receive a refund on products i purchase?
You will receive a full refund on products returned within 7 days after purchase date.
Who should i contact if i have a reaction after a service?

Do I have to sign a consent form for services?
All treatments require your consent. 24 hours prior to your treatment you will receive an email with consent forms for you to review and sign. You will not receive treatment until forms are signed.
How Long will it take for me to receive my order?
Allow 48 hours to process your order. Delivered within 7 - 15 days.
